This Privacy Policy explains how Pure Vision Refresh ("the App") handles information when you use the mobile application and its companion backend at https://api.purevisionrefresh.online. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Pure Vision Refresh is a home-cleaning companion. It helps you keep rooms, recurring tasks, daily focus tips, and a personal completion history in one place, and shows progress statistics from the work you mark as done.

Information we process
The App uses a device-generated identifier as its only server-side identity. There is no traditional account and no password. We may process: the display name and reminder settings you choose; rooms and cleaning tasks you create; completion-history records (task, room, minutes, and time completed); progress statistics derived from that history; and optional backup snapshots of the same home data so you can restore it on this device.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the App: keep your rooms and tasks usable, store completion history, compute statistics (streaks, charts, minutes, room and task-type breakdowns), restore a backup when you ask, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal data. We do not show your home to other users.
Storage and retention
Rooms, tasks, and history can stay on your device. When backup or history sync is used, related records are stored on our servers under your device identifier so statistics can be computed and a snapshot can be restored. You can clear local data in the App. For deletion of server-side data, contact the developer at the email above, or use Clear All Data which also requests deletion of the backup for this device.
Reminders
Local daily and overdue reminders are scheduled on the device and do not require our servers.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share your rooms, tasks, or history with other users. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting) strictly to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the App and its users.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may stop using the App at any time. You may clear local data via Clear All Data. You may decline or disable push notifications. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the developer at the email above.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
